KING OYSTER
Also known as “trumpet royal” it is a modified
version of oyster mushrooms that just became available in the past several years. It is based on the large oyster mushroom except that it does not have a leafy appearance. It looks pretty much like a chicken drum-stick with a club-shape stem.
